The younger brother of those arrested for the disappearance of Francisca Cadenas in the Badajoz town of Hornachos has confessed to the crime, according to sources from the investigation. The woman disappeared in May of 2017 and since then her case remained unsolved.
The confession occurs after the Civil Guard arrested three people in relation to the events, among them the two brothers. After the confession exonerates in this way the other brother.
The disappearance of the woman occurred on May 9, 2017, when she was returning to her home in Hornachos. The case caused a great commotion in the town and led to numerous searches during the first months of investigation.
