Feijóo activates political monitoring of the tragic accident of two trains in Adamuz at Génova 13 with experts

The Popular Party has launched a follow-up meeting after the railway accident that occurred this Sunday in Adamuz (Córdoba), which has already left 39 dead and 152 injured. According to party sources, "the former president of Renfe, Pablo Vázquez, and the former general director of Operations of the company, Berta Barrero, will join this morning the emergency follow-up meeting that Alberto Núñez Feijóo will preside over at the national headquarters of the Popular Party," with the participation also of the deputy secretary responsible for Transport, Juan Bravo, and the deputy secretary responsible for Health, Carmen Fúnez.

PP sources highlight that Feijóo remains “in permanent contact with the president of the Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, and has telephoned the former Minister of Public Works, Íñigo de la Serna, in recent hours to receive all possible information about the infrastructure affected in the tragic accident in Adamuz (Córdoba)”.

The PP emphasizes that "all our attention is and will be on Córdoba in these tragic moments," reflecting the party's priority to closely monitor the situation and gather information as emergency efforts unfold and the injured are attended to.
