Friday packed with musical novelties!: Rosalía expands ‘LUX’, Lola Índigo premieres new stage and Olivia Rodrigo anticipates her return

Friday arrives loaded with releases with Spanish and international artists who present new tracks, expanded albums, and previews of their upcoming projects

This Friday is once again marked by a strong wave of musical releases on the national and international scene, with names like Rosalía, Lola Índigo, Olivia Rodrigo, Anitta or Manuel Carrasco heading the main novelties.

Among the most notable releases is Rosalía, who releases the expanded version of her album ‘LUX (Complete Works)’, a project that includes unreleased songs (Focu ’ranni with video clip premiere exclusively on Spotify or Apple Music, JeanneNovia Robot and a new version of Dios Es Un Stalker) consolidating her creative stage in a more extensive and conceptual way. 

Standing out Lola Índigo, who presents Your initials within a stage that aims to be key in her artistic evolution, with a more personal sound and oriented towards big live shows and projects of greater ambition, with the collaboration of Lia Kali, Queralt Lahoz and Salma (OT 2023). 

Also arrives the new music of Naiara (OT 2025), who debuts with her first solo single, Jealousy, a track that marks the beginning of her recording era after her time on Operación Triunfo. The release is part of her anticipated debut album, which is presented with a more personal aesthetic and an urban pop sound with classical influences.

Other notable releases are those of Malú with her new ballad AquíManuel Carrasco stands out, breaking schemes and fusing styles in Oh, Si Pudiera; Leo Rizzi, for his part dedicates Corazón Hinchado to a love capable of healing wounds, marking an emotional turning point in his music; and Omar Montes y Lucho RK have released Pa Que Brinque, a song of immediate energy and a lot of rhythm, perfect for party atmospheres and good vibes.

In the international arena, Olivia Rodrigo once again generates anticipation with a new preview that points to her upcoming album, drop dead, maintaining the confessional style that has made her one of the most influential pop artists of recent years. For his part, Zayn has released his album ‘Konnakol’, a 15-song work with a more experimental approach focused on vocal percussion. Also noteworthy is Lana del Rey with First Light, a track linked to the James Bond universe video game, with a cinematic and atmospheric sound that reinforces its more epic character.

The start of the week of musical premieres also includes releases from urban artists like Anitta, who presents a new project with more experimental overtones: Várias Quejas, while Maluma y Ryan Castro have presented Pa’ La Seca, an urban track with a summer sound and a rhythm straight to the dance floor, which will surely become one of the great companions of the season. 

The week is completed with other releases such as Mau y Ricky with Las FloresTokischa with her album Amor y DrogaTyla y Zara Larsson with She Did It Again and Miky Woodz y Myke Towers with DFWE, among others.

Collectively, these releases confirm an especially intense Friday for music, with proposals that go from global pop to Latin urban and to the most consolidated Spanish pop, marking the rhythm of what will be an especially active season in the music industry.
