Antena 3 prepares the premiere of ‘A Death Party’, a new international entertainment format that will soon arrive to the channel's prime time. The program, presented by Àngel Llàcer, is based on an intrigue game with celebrities inspired by the classic “murder mystery”, where participants must investigate a murder that occurred during an exclusive party.
Each episode lasts 90 minutes and works in a self-contained manner. Each installment is set in a different place and features its own themed party, with a new cast of celebrity guests and a different masked VIP killer.
The first program, titled A death party: death in the museum, will premiere very soon on Antena 3 and takes place in the Museo de Ciencias Naturales de Madrid. This installment will feature a cast made up of Marta Sánchez, Bertín Osborne, Antonio Resines, Glòria Serra, Ana Peleteiro, Alberto Chicote and Esperansa Grasia. All of them will be invited to the mysterious celebration, but during the evening one of the participants will become the victim of a murder committed by a masked person, while the rest must compete to discover who is behind the crime.
The format will combine mystery, clues and entertainment, with celebrities investigating clues to reveal the identity of the killer. Guided by Llàcer, the contestants will receive clues to advance in the investigation until only one manages to solve the case and become the best detective of the night in this show that seeks to transform prime time into a television game experience.
