Vox has filed a complaint with the Provincial Electoral Board against the mayor of Aínsa-Sobrarbe (Huesca), Enrique Pueyo García (PSOE), for allegedly soliciting votes in favor of his party during the reflection day prior to the elections to the Courts of Aragon this February 8.
According to the complaint, filed by the general electoral representative of Vox, the socialist mayor "would have disseminated on his public Instagram profile several publications with electoral content" during a day on which the Organic Law of the General Electoral Regime (LOREG) expressly prohibits any campaign act or request for a vote, as indicated by the party in a press release.
