The president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has defended this Saturday that the region is “untamed in the face of terror” despite the “yoke” of a central Government that, in her opinion, seeks to “dismember” Spain and isolate it from its allies.

During the closing of the II Conference between districts of the PP de Madrid, the leader has affirmed that Madrid, “like all of Spain,” must endure “bureaucracy and taxes beyond what is fair and necessary,” in addition to “a wide range of state regulations, sectarian laws that still do not let us grow,” after which she has asked herself: “What would Madrid be like if we didn't have the yoke of the Government on top of us?”.

Ayuso has also questioned the Executive's capacity to tell citizens “how to live, when to open businesses and how many properties to have”, and has maintained that “we must restart Spain and we have to start from scratch”, facing a president, Pedro Sánchez, who —according to what she has said— “promotes social unrest and taints electoral rolls”.

In this context, he has assured that when the Popular Party governs at a national level it will eliminate “all sectarian regulations that are sinking the coexistence, the prosperity and the real life of Spaniards”, in addition to promoting “a massive tax cut so that salaries are tripled”.

It cannot be that the Spanish middle class has been left sunken, 'mileurista' and aggrieved, and in such a way that not working compensates the same as doing so because, in total, you earn the same”, he/she lamented, while also criticizing an Executive that “gives lessons” and that, in his/her opinion, acts with “so much impunity, lies, and shamelessness”.

Likewise, coinciding with the anniversary of the blackout that affected the country, has criticized that the only thing that has worked since then has been “the plugs, but of the socialists in Red Eléctrica and their salaries”.

Also participating in the event was the secretary of districts of the PP of Madrid, Alberto González, who highlighted that the party's 273 neighborhood representatives form “a single team” that deserves “recognition”.
