The president of Real Madrid, Florentino Pérez, will once again achieve the reclassification of the land of the sports city of the historic club of the capital, with the help of the Madrid City Council. It is not the first time this has happened, because 25 years ago, with Florentino also in the presidency of the white club, he managed to reclassify the land on Paseo de la Castellana.

After that achievement, he now intends to do the same with the current Valdebebas neighborhood, where Real Madrid's sports city is located. The City Council, led by José Luis Martínez Almeida of the Popular Party, reclassifies the buildability of 448,000 square meters of the Madrid plot, where it forecasts to provide a lucrative use, both for offices, hospitals and private universities, hotels and shops.

In contrast, for a sports endowment use, only 89,000 square meters of buildability are maintained, compared to the 360,000 m² offered by current regulations, so not all available will be used, according to the documentation of the modification of the urban plan.

Ayuso's Government rejects the distribution of minors

The Sectoral Conference on Childhood and Adolescence of the Ministry of Youth and Childhood has approved, together with the autonomous communities, the extraordinary allocation of 25 million euros in aid for the care of migrant children in Ceuta, in the absence of Vox. Before entering the meeting, the Community of Madrid, chaired by Isabel Díaz Ayuso, rejected supporting the distribution of minors in the autonomous city. In this regard, the person in charge of conveying the refusal was the Minister of Family, Youth and Social Affairs of the Community of Madrid, Ana Dávila, who expressed that they reject "any type of distribution" of unaccompanied migrant minors.
