The High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV) has ruled out that there are indications against the president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazón, in relation to the management of the DANA and has decided to return the case to the investigating judge who is investigating the facts.
The high Valencian court has concluded that, after analyzing the submitted documentation, it does not find elements that justify opening an investigation against the head of the Consell within the framework of the judicial procedure.
Consequently, the TSJCV has agreed to send the case again to the court handling the investigation of the case so that it continues with the corresponding proceedings regarding the rest of those investigated and the facts that are being analyzed in the investigation.
