'Real News' | The 'in extremis' negotiation between Sánchez and Sumar: the inside story of how the housing decrees were shaped

The relationship between PSOE and Sumar during this legislature has been marked by recurrent discrepancies within the Government itself. Although both formations have shared the need to push forward certain measures, their differences have emerged in matters such as housing, labor, taxation, and social policies, forcing them on different occasions to negotiate until the last moment. The new episode of Noticias de Verdad, the podcast of ElConstitucional.es, precisely addresses one of those last disagreements: the negotiation of the housing decree after Maricarmen's eviction.

Housing has become one of the main issues of the legislature, and Maricarmen's eviction has added pressure to an already open negotiation.
