Latest bombings
In the early hours of Friday, Israel launched a new wave of attacks against what it describes as “regime infrastructure” in central Tehran. These bombings are part of a series of continuous attacks that have been occurring since February 28.
Since the beginning of this offensive, Iran has responded with missile and drone launches against Israeli territory. According to available data, the conflict has left so far 15 dead in Israel and 4 in the West Bank, while in Iran are counted more than 1,200 dead and thousands injured.
This very Friday, Iran has resumed bombings against Israel. However, for the moment neither victims nor direct impacts have been confirmed, according to reports from media close to the Jewish community.
In the region of the Persian Gulf, attacks continue against energy facilities. Drones and projectiles have hit refineries and warehouses in Kuwait, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, causing fires in places such as the refinery Mina Al-Ahmadi, in Kuwait, and in warehouses located in Bahrain. The air defenses of Bahrain and the Emirates claim to have intercepted hundreds of Iranian missiles and drones, which maintains tension at airports and commercial routes.
On other fronts, the conflict also remains active. In Lebanon, Israel maintains bombings and ground operations in the south and in areas of Beirut related to Hezbollah, with more than 900 dead since the beginning of this phase. In Gaza, daily bombings continue, with hundreds of fatalities since the end of the last truce in late February. In Yemen, operations by Israel and the United States against Houthi targets continue, although without significant new developments compared to the front between Iran and Israel.
