Santiago Abascal, leader of Vox, has published this Tuesday on his social networks to choose between two positions in the general elections of November 29. "If there will be prosperity, freedom, order, security and economic development based on energy, technology and artificial intelligence or if there will be massive immigration, impossible prices, insecurity, chaos, violence and underdevelopment," he wrote on X.

Alejandra Durán, spokesperson for Podemos Andalucía, has announced that the coalition will run in the eight provinces of the community after the lack of agreement with the Frente Amplio. Likewise, she has pointed out that the housing crisis also constitutes an urgency in Andalusia. “It is becoming a privilege for many Andalusians who cannot even afford to pay rent,” she assured in relation to this problem.

Luis Planas, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, has justified his absence from the PSOE electoral lists for the November 29 elections. He assures that it is a “strictly personal” decision and that there is no other underlying factor.

Alberto Núñez Feijóo has accused Pedro Sánchez, President of the Government, of having brought forward the elections to try to “gag” the judges investigating the financing of the PSOE. “It was no coincidence,” said the president of the PP.

Coalitions, groups, federations, and political parties may submit their candidacies for Congress and the Senate starting this October 21, with a deadline of next Monday, October 26, until midnight.

Subsequently, the provisional lists will be published in the Official State Gazette (BOE). This list will not be definitive, as the official lists will be made public on November 3, once the procedures for correcting errors by the organizations have been resolved.

The leader of the PP has given several clues pointing to Cayetana Álvarez as the party's number two in Congress for the Madrid constituency.

"I have in mind the woman who will accompany me. I assure you that woman voted against the amnesty," Feijóo affirmed in an interview on 'Cadena Cope'.

Feijóo has also assured that the Constitutional Court will not dare to issue an "unjust" resolution on the so-called 'grandchildren's law', after the appeal filed by the Ombudsman. "And I understand that the Constitutional Court will not only go against the Supreme Court and the Electoral Board, but it will not go against the principles and hierarchy of norms," he added.

The candidate for Prime Minister and leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has assured that he will seek a "formula" with Vox so as not to "facilitate sanchismo" control of the Upper House. In addition, he reaffirmed his effort to achieve a broad majority in the Senate.

“We have the commitment to opt, not only for the absolute majority that the PP already has alone, but to be able to achieve three-fifths. I will work for it,” he assured.

The Congress deputy Tesh Sidi will be number two on the Frente Amplio list in the Madrid constituency. In this way, she will accompany Emilio Delgado, who heads the party's list in the capital.

The Minister of Health, Mónica García, has announced that she will not participate in the lists of the Broad Front formation in the general elections on November 29. García explained to ‘El País’ that her decision was made after a ‘deep reflection’, as she seeks to concentrate on the regional elections in May 2027, elections in which she will focus on her candidacy for Más Madrid.
