Mallorca will be the stage chosen by OPPO to present its new high-end phones to the world. The technology company will hold an international event on the Balearic island on October 21 to unveil the OPPO Find X10 series, consisting of the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max models. The event will also serve to announce their prices and commercial availability.
The manufacturer has advanced some of the main novelties of this generation, which will have photography as one of its great attractions. Specifically, the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max will incorporate three 200-megapixel cameras, a configuration that, according to the company, will make it the first smartphone with a photographic system of these characteristics. The standard model will also feature two lenses of this resolution.
Mallorca, international showcase for the new OPPO Find X10
The presentation on October 21 will allow a first-hand look at OPPO's new bet for the premium mobile market. Although the brand has already advanced some of its features, it will be during the event in Mallorca when it reveals all the details of the devices, including their prices and when they will be available.
The company wants to differentiate this generation by its ability to reproduce images faithful to reality. To do this, it maintains its collaboration with Hasselblad and uses the LUMO True Image Engine processing engine, associated with the True-to-Life concept, with which it seeks to improve the reproduction of color, tones and details in both photography and video.
"We are taking a significant step forward with the Find X10 series, bringing an ultra-realistic level of detail, color and tone to everyday photography," said Pete Lau, Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at OPPO.
For now, OPPO has not specified all the details regarding the event beyond its date, location and the products it will unveil. The presentation will also serve to communicate the prices and commercial availability of the new phones.
Three 200-megapixel cameras and a design inspired by classic photography
The Find X10 Pro Max will feature a main camera, an ultra-wide angle, and a telephoto lens, all with 200-megapixel sensors. For its part, the Find X10 will incorporate two lenses with that resolution, in a generation that places photography among its main commercial arguments.
The new devices will also renew their appearance with a minimalist, borderless design, as well as a single-piece sculpted glass that integrates into the camera module. The Pro Max model will have a white finish inspired by classic cameras, with a matte metallic module and the characteristic orange Hasselblad ring.
The Find X10 will arrive in blue, coral and mist gray, while the Pro Max will be available in titanium gray and white.
7,150 mAh Battery and New MediaTek Processors
Autonomy and performance complete the novelties announced by OPPO. Both phones will integrate a 7,150 mAh silicon-carbon battery and will run ColorOS 17.
In the processing section, the Find X10 Pro Max will incorporate the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro, manufactured in 2 nanometers, while the Find X10 will use the Dimensity 9600M.
The announcement does not guarantee that Spain will receive all models or that sales will begin on the same day. OPPO will communicate prices and availability during the presentation, so we will still have to wait to know when the devices will arrive in each market.
