The news of the year in the music industry has been, without a doubt, the return of Rosalía. After almost two years of silence since her last world tour, the launch of the Lux Tour has caused a seismic shift in the market. It is not just the premiere of a new visual concept; it is a massive demand for everything related to the artist that collapsed and continues to collapse the official ticket sales platforms in a matter of minutes. At this point, when the message appears on the screen of “sold out tickets” is where our investigation begins.
As we say, with Rosalía back on stage after two years of pause, the fan phenomenon has exceeded all expectations. While the world watches dazzled by the show's premiere, we have focused on the shadow. After days infiltrated in Telegram channels and Instagram profiles of opaque origin, the conclusion we reached is alarming: Rosalía's sales system suffers the harassment of digital trickery. They are not simple scammers; it is a network that has learned to capitalize on the artist's avant-garde aesthetic to sell empty pixels at a golden price.
Infiltrators in the network: the Wallet deception and the "Ghost Protocol”
What we have verified during this investigation goes beyond a simple manipulated screenshot. Scammers resort to video editing software and simulation applications to recreate, step by step, the process of incorporating the ticket into the Apple Wallet. The sequence is shown in real time, with animations, notifications, and movements that imitate the real functioning of the system, which makes it difficult to detect the deception at first glance and reinforces the credibility of the scam.
“They sent us a video recorded from another mobile where Rosalía's entrance with the official hologram moving could be seen. It was perfect”, confesses an affected person after losing 150 euros. Our investigation confirms that these videos are "templates" that circulate on the deep web and that criminals personalize in seconds for each transaction.
But the most disturbing finding is the so-called "Ghost Protocol". We intercepted chats where several profiles pretend to be workers from Rosalía's technical team offering VIP passes that, they say, "will never go on general sale". They ask for 250 euros and send a link to a mirror website that copies the official interface.
We have verified that, once you enter your data, not only do you lose the money for the ticket: you hand them the keys to your bank account.
A couple, who prefers to remain anonymous, tells us that initially they were left without tickets. Months later, through an acquaintance, an offer reached them to attend the event. Neither of them doubted it and accepted the proposal. The procedure was simple: deposit the €180 they were asking for each ticket, compared to the €100 they originally cost.
After making the payment, the seller was supposed to send them the ticket. According to one of them, there were moments of great uncertainty not knowing if the document was authentic: “Until I saw the access reader turn green when checking the tickets, I didn't breathe.”
Facua has warned of this type of practices that the Civil Guard pursues. "There is no single criminal organization that coordinates all these types of actions", they assure.
The leap to stadiums: the same code, different scenario
Our investigation does not stop at Rosalía's concerts. We have cross-referenced the data of the profiles operating on the Lux Tour with those active for the Real Madrid vs Girona match, which is played this Friday, April 10, and the FC Barcelona vs Espanyol derby on Saturday, April 11.
The result is unequivocal and surprising: they are the same networks operating under different masks.
Football is where this business makes its true "August". While on Rosalía's tour the average surcharge we have tracked is around 150 %, in stadiums the figure climbs up to an obscene 400 %.
The X-ray of Fraud
After analyzing resale prices, these are the figures that we have contrasted:
Rosalía Lux Tour: Official: 65-130 €. On the net: up to 400 €. Surcharge: 150%
Real Madrid vs Girona: Official: 75-155 €. On the net: up to 700 € in premium. Surcharge: 300%.
FC Barcelona vs Espanyol: Official: 95 - 140 €. On the net: up to 1,000 € in grandstand. Surcharge: 400%.
We have confirmed that the same bot networks that hijack tickets for Palau Sant Jordi are the ones that block those for the Bernabéu or Camp Nou. It is a fraud monopoly that operates with total technical impunity.

The verdict of our investigation
We have gone down to the sewers of this business and the reality is raw: urgency is their best ally. On the Lux Tour, they sell you a presale code used a hundred times; in football, they sell you an illusion that dies at the entrance turnstile.
The aesthetics of the Lux Tour are impeccable, but its parallel market is a minefield. After speaking with those affected and dissecting the scammers' modus operandi, our conclusion is clear: any offer that arrives via private message or demands immediate payment via Bizum is, with 99% probability, the beginning of an irreversible transfer into the void.
There are answers that take time to arrive. We still don't know everything.
