The IBEX 35 trades against the European trend with a rise of 0.31% despite the advance of Brent to 90 dollars per barrel

The IBEX 35, the main selective index of the Spanish Stock Exchange, this very Tuesday at noon trades against the current in Europe, due to a rise of 0.31%. This situation, despite the good advance of Brent crude, coming quite close to 90 dollars per barrel.

At 12:00 PM, the IBEX 35, the main national selective index, adds that 0.31%, reaching 20,236.5 points. The year's gains reach 16.92%, and the Amadeus indicator remains the most bullish stock, with a rise of 2.14%; followed by Repsol, at 1.94%; and subsequently Acciona, at 1.34%.

On the other hand, Fluidra falls 0.90% and is the biggest loser, while Rovi drops 0.60%. As for the rest of the large cap stocks, in addition to Repsol, Santander gains 0.64%, BBVA 0.61%, and Iberdrola 0.15%. In contrast, Inditex trades flat, while Telefónica loses 0.19%.

Despite a flat start to the session, the IBEX 35 is now opting for gains while sales prevail in the rest of Europe. Markets are feeling the rise in crude oil prices after tensions between the United States and Iran increased, which pushes away the possibility of both countries reaching a peace agreement soon and the Strait of Hormuz reopening.

In this vein, the price of Brent crude in Europe, which traded with slight increases at the opening, advances more intensely at midday, revaluing by 2.55%, reaching 89.90 dollars per barrel. With the euro falling, to 1.1534 dollars, in Europe, Paris falls 0.28%, Frankfurt 0.24%, London 0.22%, and Milan 0.04%.

In the debt market, bond yields are trading higher. The yield on Spanish ten-year debt reaches 3.641%. As for gold, it loses 0.38% and trades at 4,372 dollars per ounce, while silver falls 1.38%, to 64.85 dollars. Bitcoin, however, rises and trades at 64,300 dollars. At this time, futures on the main Wall Street indicators anticipate minimal movements with a mixed trend.
