Still this morning Vito Quiles and Bertrand Ndongo have been able to access the Congreso de los Diputados. At least the second of the agitators has done so.
Sources from the Congress interpret a kind of challenge, a game, on the part of the pseudojournalist, taking into account that today there is hardly any parliamentary activity in the chamber due to the Andalusian elections.
Sources consulted by this media explain that they are being notified in an official letter this morning that they will receive in their respective media outlets, 'Estado de Alarma TV' and in 'Periodista Digital'. “It is a legal guarantee within the framework of a sanctioning process”, so as soon as it is notified to the media, they will no longer be able to enter.
Immediate explosion and battle in the courts
“Pay attention to the mess of the board to get us out of the Congreso. See you in court!”, Ndongo has written on his social networks.
For his part, Javier Negre, director of 'EDATV', the digital platform for which Quiles works, has written on the same social network that the decision of the Congress Board is, in his opinion, an "unprecedented attack on freedom of the press".
Both intend to appeal to the courts given the unprecedented decision adopted by the Congress Board, awaiting the resolution of the long string of complaints and the respective open files in the hands of the chamber's lawyers.
