The trial for what is known as mask case faces one of its most relevant days with the appearance of several key witnesses before the Supreme Court. The session, held this Monday, focuses on figures directly linked to the business and personal schemes surrounding the main defendants.
Among the most prominent names is Claudio Rivas, identified as a ringleader in another parallel investigation related to the hydrocarbons sector, as well as Patricia Uriz, Koldo García's ex-wife.
Also summoned is Javier Herrero Lizano, along with other witnesses linked to the activities of businessman Víctor de Aldama. All of them must appear in a session that will take place only during the morning and in which the court will hear a total of eight people.
One of the most sensitive points of the day revolves around the previous statements of Patricia Uriz, who admitted having gone on several occasions to the PSOE headquarters on Ferraz street to collect cash corresponding to expense reimbursements.
