The judge of the Audiencia Nacional, María Tardón, intends to incorporate into the investigation she is leading, the case being pursued in a Ceuta court against the Government delegate in the autonomous city, Miguel Ángel Pérez Triano. The procedure analyzes his actions during the massive entry of migrants from Morocco recorded on July 30 and 31.
Tardón has requested the Instruction Court number 6 of Ceuta to be aware of the proceedings being carried out in the Audiencia Nacional. The request appears in a decree issued last Friday and to which 'EFE' has had access.
Following this communication, the Ceuta court must assess whether it should withdraw from the investigation and send it to the Audiencia Nacional, so that the actions related to the Government delegate are integrated into the procedure already open before this body.
