The Provincial Court of Madrid has requested information from Investigating Court No. 47 regarding the resignation that, according to media outlets, actress Elisa Mouliaá Ruíz de Elvira would have submitted in the proceedings of Preliminary Proceedings 2038/2024, in which she accused Íñigo Errejón of alleged crimesIn a filing addressed to the court, the Court of Appeals asks to confirm if the resignation has been formally registered, and, if so, to send a copy of the filing along with the certification of the resolution that ends the incident, indicating whether it is final or under appeal

The resolution of the Court is not final, and against it, a motion for reconsideration may be filed within a period of three days from the notification to the parties involved. According to the judicial decision, if Mouliaá confirms his intention to rejoin as an accusation, the procedure will continue; otherwise, the case could be definitively dismissed.

As we were already telling you in 'El Constitucional', sources close to Mouliaá confirmed this Monday that the actress “is going all out” in her intention to rejoin the case against Íñigo Errejón, and that her legal team, Paredes y Asociados Abogados, is preparing her return to the proceedings. According to these same sources, Mouliaá and her lawyer will appear this Tuesday in the courts of Plaza de Castilla to confirm their decision, also awaiting the criteria of the Provincial Court of Madrid on the continuation of the case.
