Koldo García has sent an audio from the penitentiary center to the program Mañaneros 360, in which he has conveyed various reflections on his judicial situation and the process that has led to his conviction.
In that message, Ábalos's former advisor claims to feel particularly harmed by the resolution of the case, assuring that "they have marked me with a life sentence", and maintains that the ruling would be including facts "that did not occur in the trial", citing as an example references to Jésica.
García also insists that this situation would be limiting his right to defense, considering that "they take away my right to be able to go to a higher entity to be able to demonstrate that what they are putting in this sentence is a lie", in relation to the possibility of appealing the judicial decision.
Finally, he also criticizes the management of information and access to his devices: "they don't give me the devices because they have to purge them, but in the meantime they give them to the media", he points out in the audio sent to the program.
