The former socialist militant Leire Díez has presented a document before the Court of Instruction number 9 of Madrid in which she denounces that she was the object of an "extrajudicial investigation" and requests Judge Arturo Zamarriego to carry out new proceedings, including summoning as a witness a civil guard whom she identifies as the alleged origin of those actions
