A FEVE (Spanish Narrow Gauge Railways) passenger train collided with a crane this Thursday in the town of Alumbres, in the municipality of Cartagena (Murcia), causing several minor injuries among the passengers, according to initial reports.
The accident occurred on the narrow-gauge line connecting Cartagena with Los Nietos, specifically at kilometer marker 6.6, between the district of Alumbres and the neighborhood of La Esperanza.
Firefighters and medical personnel have been dispatched to the scene to attend to the minor injuries, who were treated at the accident site.
