The Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Cortes, Félix Bolaños, has completed his round of contacts with the parliamentary groups of Congress with the aim of gathering proposals to address the economic effects derived from the war. During these meetings, the Government has conveyed to the different parties the need to promote measures that allow mitigating the impact of the international context on the Spanish economy, especially in areas such as energy or the cost of living.
Bolaños has indicated that the Executive maintains an open attitude to dialogue with the parliamentary groups to analyze initiatives that may contribute to strengthening economic and social stability. According to the minister, these meetings are part of the Government's willingness to listen to the different parties before defining new actions to address the consequences of the current international scenario.
The round of contacts has taken place with most of the parties represented in Congress. However, Vox has not participated in these conversations for the moment, since, according to the Government, the party has not responded to the invitation extended by the minister. The Government highlights that the objective of these meetings is to gather proposals and explore possible points of agreement among the different parliamentary groups to respond to the economic challenges derived from the current international scenario.
