The president of Castilla y León and candidate for re-election for the Popular Party, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, wants to apply a fiscal policy of "zero taxes" in the towns of the Community for the transfer of housing, as well as for a premises for a business or a "priority" agricultural holding, in addition to progressively expanding the elimination of the Inheritance Tax.

A measure that stood out will benefit 97 percent of the 2,248 municipalities in Castilla y León. "Zero taxes to be able to live and undertake in the towns," announced the popular leader this Tuesday to present his candidacy. This measure will be complemented by a new reduction in the regional rate of the Personal Income Tax (IRPF), as well as a progressive increase in the bonus for the tax on inheritances. "A family inheritance cannot be a liquidity problem or force one to give up what has been inherited," stated Fernández Mañueco.
