The PSOE has reinforced this Saturday its political defense strategy against the various judicial cases affecting the socialist environment and has insisted on denouncing what it considers a political use of justice to wear down the Government of Pedro Sánchez. Various leaders of the party have publicly come out in support of the organization and have claimed the “credibility” of the PSOE in the face of the open investigations.

One of the most prominent voices has been the president of Navarra, María Chivite, who during the Regional Committee of the Navarrese PSOE assured that she continues “believing in this party” despite the “coincidences or coincidences” which, in her opinion, surround some of the judicial processes affecting socialist figures such as Santos Cerdán or former president José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero.

Along the same lines, the deputy spokesperson for the PSOE, Enma López, expressed herself during the 27th Congress of Socialist Youth, where she defended that “justice cannot be politicized, nor should politics be judicialized”. López maintained that political differences should be resolved “with democracy and with votes” and not through the courts.

The socialist leader also wanted to emphasize the party's attitude towards the investigations and defended the PSOE's collaboration with justice. “We do not destroy evidence. We believe in the truth because we can,” López affirmed, insisting that the party will maintain its support for the Executive while the various open cases affecting the socialist environment continue.
