The general secretary of FACUA-Consumers, Rubén Sánchez, has announced on his social media the decision to carry out a new legal case against the ultra agitator Vito Quiles. Sánchez states he is "mentally exhausted" but that is not a reason to make this decision. He explains that after the order to prosecute the case opened against Quiles for slander and libel, he has made a "flight forward", reaffirming all the lies he has spread about him.
This happens after the agitator's lawyer, Juango Ospina, announced his intention to reach an agreement with the leader of FACUA. Immediately after, Quiles posted messages on X calling Sánchez "delinquent, scoundrel, and extortionist". "My lawyer is preparing the indictment that we are going to present next week. We are not going to accept any settlement proposal from the lawyer of this far-right agitator disguised as a journalist," Sánchez declared.
Quiles' tweets provoked Sánchez's decision to open another legal case against him. But it goes further: "I have decided to initiate 3 new legal cases against far-rightists dedicated to the business of defamation". Going on to state that he will file the first lawsuit in the courts of Seville in the coming hours.
This new process would be the third that pits Quiles against the secretary of FACUA. Sánchez states that "if he insists on continuing to try to destroy my reputation and spreading hoaxes about me, I will continue taking him to the courts of justice".
