Juan Bravo, vicesecretary of Finance, Housing and Infrastructure of the Popular Party, has questioned the plan being carried out by the Ministry of Childhood and Youth with Ceuta, which consists of transferring 500 migrant minor girls from the autonomous city to the Peninsula, for which Bravo has defended that, "the best interest of the minor is to be with their family".

In an interview on Antena 3, Juan Bravo commented that the best place for minors to be is "in their environment and with their family," and has relied on the endorsement of the European Commission for the return of minors who crossed the Ceuta border. He did not stop there, and recalled the words of the Minister of Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, in which they would have stated that the minors would return to their place of origin.

For this reason, the vicesecretary of Finance, Housing and Infrastructure of the PP, has questioned whether the Government is concerned about the best interest of the minor, contrary to what the Minister of Inclusion, Social Security and Migrations of Spain, Elma Saiz, has said, because "there is a request from Morocco for the children to return." Faced with this, the vicesecretary of the PP concluded by adding that, "if there is a request from Morocco for the children to return, if Europe has said please let the children and non-children, those who have entered irregularly, return, what more does the Government need?"
