The ultra Vito Quiles attended the premiere of the new film by Santiago Segura, Torrente Presidente, in which he makes a cameo, and, proved to be an authentic “Torrente” with his answers to journalists. Thus, at the press conference he took the liberty of criticizing the Government's aid to cinema and to culminate his ignorance, he decided to mock the illness of Pablo Echenique.
“The enormous amounts of money, the millions of euros that are allocated should, for example, be allocated to the self-employed. I believe they are the ones who truly need it. Or promote aid precisely for entrepreneurship. Tax benefits for those who do work, do make an effort and who lift our country without asking for help, reward or incentive from the Government,” he/she stated.
In this same vein of ignorance, he criticized that the left has “too long a tongue and very thin skin.” And he continued: “It saddens me a lot that the criticisms of the film come from people who have never made a film without public funding. They are not filmmakers, they are parasites of the State who live off handouts and subsidies and whose spectators fit in my building. They should learn from 'Torrente', which has achieved seven million viewers in one weekend. Let them get to work.”
As if he hadn't been calm, he replied to the message on X that Pablo Echenique posted addressed to Santiago Segura when he saw that there was an actor playing him in the film. In the message he expressed: “It hurt me a little that you called Vito Quiles to play himself as harasser fascist in 'Torrente presidente', but you didn't call me to play myself,” wrote the former Podemos leader on social media.
Hey, @SSantiagosegura, it hurt me a little that you called Vito Quiles to play himself as a fascist bully in #torrentepresidente but you didn't call me to play myself.

On the other hand, I appreciate that you gave me much more hair than I have. 😂 pic.twitter.com/128yizYyff
When asked by a journalist about “Echenique's tantrum for not being called by Segura”, the ultra agitator mocked the illness of the former Podemos member: “They haven't called him? I think so… Maybe he was at the mechanic's.”
