The spokesperson for Vox in Torre Pacheco, José Francisco Garre, has announced his departure from the party with harsh accusations against the leadership, whom he reproaches for having maintained “mafioso behaviors” in the internal management.
In his public explanation, the now former leader denounces having suffered pressures and opaque internal dynamics, directly pointing to the party's leadership. According to his words, the situation within Vox in the municipality had resulted in an "unsustainable" climate, marked by imposed decisions and a lack of autonomy in local political action.
Garre maintains that these practices are not isolated cases, but rather respond to a way of operating that, in his opinion, deviates from the principles that the formation claims to defend. In that sense, he criticizes the lack of internal debate and the way discrepancies are managed, assuring that any critical voice is sidelined.
