Vox believes the Government "did nothing" upon learning that the CNI had information about Ceuta and demands "its resignation en masse"

Pepa Rodríguez de Millán, Vox spokesperson in Congress, has commented on her belief that the National Intelligence Center (CNI) "was alerted" that Ceuta "was going to be invaded," but the Government "did nothing," for which she has called for its "en masse" resignation. This Wednesday, in statements to the media in Congress, Pepa Rodríguez Millán commented on the divergence between the Minister of Defense, Margarita Robles, and the Minister of Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, regarding whether the CNI reported on the movements in Ceuta and highlighted the situation of a "shameful spectacle."

She did not stop there, as Millán considers it an "insult to intelligence" to try to make people believe that the CNI "was not alerted" to the situation in the autonomous city, and believes that it was the Government that took no measures to quell the massive entry of immigrants that occurred last July. "They knew it and have done nothing, someday we will know what Morocco has on the PSOE and what the PSOE owes to Morocco," she added.

In the same way, the Vox spokesperson has not accepted the explanations that the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, may offer in Congress next week. "Explanations in parliament are no longer enough," she exclaimed. For this reason, she has bluntly called for the resignation of the President of the Government "en masse for abandoning Spaniards" and for them to be judged "for treason," she said. Finally, she finished criticizing the head of the Executive for not interrupting his summer vacation in the face of the crisis in Ceuta. "Let him be judged for treason," the spokesperson concluded.

Vox will not attend the meeting on the distribution of migrant minors

This Thursday, the Sectoral Conference on Childhood and Adolescence will be held, where the distribution among the autonomous communities of unaccompanied foreign minors currently in Ceuta after the massive entry of people that occurred between July 30 and 31 will be addressed. In this regard, the far-right party led by Santiago Abascal has announced that it will not attend the meeting.

The decision has been communicated by the vice presidents of Castilla y León, Extremadura and Aragón, Carlos Pollán, Óscar Fernández Calle and Alejandro Nolasco, respectively. The three have sent letters to the Ministry of Youth and Childhood requesting that their express veto "to any distribution of unaccompanied foreign minors" from Ceuta "to any part of the national territory" be recorded in the meeting minutes.
