Actress and artist Jedet has announced that she has won the lawsuit for sexual assault and harassment against producer Javier Pérez Santana, which she filed in 2023 following events that occurred after the Feroz Awards gala in Zaragoza. The ruling, issued by Criminal Court No. 7 of Zaragoza, acknowledges the reported events and brings an end to a judicial process that lasted three years.

In a statement published on her social media, Jedet celebrated the ruling and said that this moment marks the end of a chapter that "has profoundly marked my life." She explained that the process was not only difficult judicially but also had a real impact on her mental health, her work, and her personal life, adding that these years have been like "a constant burden".

The events occurred on January 29, after the Feroz Awards ceremony and the subsequent party held at the Espacio Ebro in Zaragoza. Among the attendees were Jedet and Pérez Santana, among others, and the celebration lasted until six in the morning. Santana was arrested that same night by local police but was released shortly thereafter.

Several witnesses stated that the producer touched her "unwantedly" and sexually harassed her during the event. When Jedet tried to stop him, Santana responded with verbal violence, "Fucking faggot, you're an envious transvestite, whore, envious transsexual, be careful with me, I'm a gypsy."In the statement, Jedet emphasized that **"reporting also has a price"** and empathized with other women who do not do so due to the length, complexity, and emotional toll of these legal processes. The message of her statement had a clear objective: "**We cannot allow those who commit crimes against us to go unpunished**."
