The collaborator of ‘ElConstitucional.es’ Arnau Martínez has denied this Sunday the statements made by the current partner of singer Francisco González, known as Paca, who publicly assured that it is “a lie” that the artist is going to be evicted. However, as stated in a document presented by the defense of Denia Apolinar after the singer's judicial declaration, it was Francisco himself who affirmed before the judge that he was in that situation.
According to what this media outlet has learned, during his appearance as investigated for an alleged crime of non-payment of alimony, the singer claimed to be going through serious economic difficulties. Among the arguments used to justify his inability to face the 500 euro monthly pension, he claimed to have an eviction lawsuit and scarce income derived from musical performances.
Precisely for this reason, the legal representation of Denia Apolinar subsequently presented a document requesting the court to require the singer to provide all documentation supporting said affirmations. The extract of the document, to which this media outlet has had access, literally states:

Paca lies shamelessly: Francisco did assure in court that he had an eviction lawsuit https://t.co/921JOymjyX pic.twitter.com/aS3P8amwSY
The court would have accepted the request, granting Francisco a period of seven days to provide the required documentation. In case of not presenting it, said affirmations could remain as simple allegations without sufficient probative value within the procedure.
The controversy arises after Paca tried to discredit the information disseminated by Arnau Martínez, denying the existence of any eviction process. However, the issue does not lie in whether or not said procedure currently exists, but in that it was the singer himself who introduced that argument during his judicial declaration to justify his economic situation.
