Irene Rosales has reacted to the controversy generated after the advertising campaign for Grefusa in which she participates and which has provoked the harsh public response from her ex-partner, Kiko Rivera. Far from entering into direct confrontation, the collaborator has defended her role in the promotional action and has downplayed the criticism received.

Rosales has assured that she does not regret her participation and has denied any intention of attacking anyone with the campaign. In that sense, she has stated that “she has not thrown anyone to the ground or criticized anyone,” emphasizing that the controversy does not respond to her approach, but to the subsequent interpretation that has been made of the advertising message.
Furthermore, the collaborator has focused on the creative strategy behind the advertisement, defending that the result has achieved its visibility objective. As she explained, “the marketing people were right because they believed that having my image would be more striking,” a phrase with which she vindicates the media impact of the campaign in the midst of the uproar.
These statements come after Kiko Rivera publicly responded to the promotional action with a very critical message on social media, reopening a conflict between the two that seemed calmer in recent months.
The DJ interpreted the campaign as a personal jab and did not hesitate to lash out at his ex-partner. In his message, Isabel Pantoja’s son assures that he finds the campaign “pathetic” and demands respect, especially for the role they both share as parents of their daughters. Rivera also maintains that, despite the controversy, he remains focused on his professional life and on ensuring the well-being of his family. However, the most commented part of his reaction has been the phrase with which he directly attacked Rosales: “The life you have today is thanks to having eaten a Kiko.”
