During the last week, all eyes have been on Francisco. Investigating Court No. 33 of Barcelona ordered his location after he failed to appear for a summons to testify as an investigated party in a criminal procedure for an alleged crime of non-payment of alimony. However, this medium has learned —as we exclusively reported in 'D Corazón'— that the Civil Guard is no longer looking for him.
We have had exclusive access to the preliminary proceedings of the case, in which a document of appearance in the criminal procedure is included. That is to say, Francisco has already officially appeared in the case through his lawyer and solicitor. The appearance, which took place last Wednesday, April 15, implies that Francisco becomes an active party in the process, with the right to intervene in the proceedings and access the case documentation. Likewise, he has requested that, from now on, all communications from the court be made through his solicitor.
We access the latest conversations of Francisco with Denia Apolinar
Without a doubt, this situation has generated great discomfort in Denia Apolinar, mother of Naomi, Francisco's daughter. "Everything is reaching where it needs to reach. We have been with this for 25 years and a lot of damage has been done to us. I have given this man many opportunities to reach agreements," she assured in an exclusive interview with this outlet. Furthermore, she added that Francisco owes her "more than 40,000 euros, much more".
After learning that, according to her, she would have been given multiple opportunities, we have accessed conversations held in recent months between both with the aim of trying to reach an agreement. In May 2025, Denia Apolinar and Francisco were having a conversation via WhatsApp in which they were trying to close an economic agreement and leave behind the legal battle.
In said conversation, Francisco offers Denia an agreement of 20,000 euros, since, according to him, he does not want to harm either her or Naomi. However, the proposal does not convince Denia, who raises the amount to 30,000 euros. Francisco insists on keeping the figure at 20,000, claiming that he cannot afford more due to lack of income. Denia lowers her proposal to 25,000 euros and tries to convince him that it is a problem they should not drag on for life, an offer that also does not convince the artist.
As the conversation progresses, the tone tenses and both come to accuse each other of pressures and threats. Denia accuses Francisco of not wanting to resolve the conflict and of continuously changing position. Despite this, both agree on one point: the concern for Naomi's future, who currently works on a musical project. During the conversation they also comment on the agreements that the young woman would be managing with people from the sector.
The conversation extends for several days. At one given moment, Francisco assures that he wishes the best for his daughter, a circumstance that Denia takes advantage of to propose that Naomi compose a song for him, something that he affirms he will take into account. However, the relationship between both deteriorates again. The parties accuse each other mutually of the performance of their lawyers and the tension increases.
We have had access to an audio in which Francisco, with an elevated tone, states that they will not speak again and that he has no intention of resolving the situation, even assuring that he will be “in court until 2050”. He also criticizes what he considers changes in stance by Denia and warns him of what is to come.
Meanwhile, father and daughter would have held some conversations, according to Denia Apolinar. In fact, Naomi and Francisco would have spoken on different occasions with the intention of bringing economic positions closer. For the moment, it is unknown what has caused that, after years of judicial conflict, finally the parties have to face each other in court.
