The King Emeritus Juan Carlos I has returned to Spain after almost five months away, being seen this Easter Sunday in the bullring of the Maestranza de Sevilla, where he attended one of the most important bullfights of the year alongside Morante de la Puebla, Roca Rey and David de Miranda.
The day left one of the most commented images: Victoria Federica emotionally embraced her grandfather, highlighting the family nature of the reunion and the closeness of the Emeritus with his family, with Froilán also present there. The anticipation was maximum around the square, where followers and curious onlookers were able to witness the return of Juan Carlos I to cultural and private events in Spain.

His last visit had been last November at the Royal Palace of El Pardo, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the restoration of the monarchy, and although he had planned to attend the Sanxenxo regatta in March, the situation in the Middle East prevented it. This return confirms the intention of the King Emeritus to maintain punctual appearances in Spain, combining cultural events and family gatherings.
