Accusations from the White House unleash the debate in 'Mañaneros 360': Landaburu, Gállego and Gurpegui comment on the matter

María José Landaburu, Javier Gállego Jané and José Antonio Gurpegui have starred in a live debate on Mañaneros 360 alongside Javier Ruiz about the controversial statements from the Casa Blanca in which the left is accused of being responsible for attacks and deaths, claims that have generated strong controversy due to the absence of evidence.

In her speech, María José Landaburu has harshly criticized the content of the message, pointing out that she is surprised by both the accusation and the lack of support: “The accusation and the lack of evidence are surprising, but above all that this is done by someone who has maintained a constant hate speech until the day before yesterday”. Furthermore, she added that this type of statement is part of a political confrontation strategy: “As soon as he appeared in a tuxedo, it seemed he was seeking tranquility, but it was an illusion because he immediately articulated the discourse of blaming the adversary”.

For his part, Javier Gállego Jané has framed these statements within a political style that, in his opinion, recalls that of Donald Trump, considering that it is a discourse of delegitimization of the political adversary. 

Finally, José Antonio Gurpegui in his analysis, has pointed out that this type of messages are not new and he has compared them with other recent episodes of polarization in the United States. “It is exactly the same thing that was said when Charlie Kirk died, the same accusation against the Democrats and the press, without variation. (...) From my point of view, the one who has tensed the situation in the United States, from immigration laws, from not following the programs he promised, from even the social tension he is producing... the increase in the cost of living, the increase in gasoline, the famous ICE... has been Donald Trump”.
