The magazine Lecturas has uncovered the surprising romance between Maxi Iglesias and Aitana Sánchez-Gijón, after publishing a report with images of both kissing and sharing several dates in Madrid. The news has caused a great stir as it is a totally unexpected relationship. 

According to the photographs, the actors have been seen strolling embraced, dining together, and even meeting after a performance at the theater where she works, showing clear complicity and gestures of affection at different moments. 

Both met years ago during the filming of Velvet, where they already played a romantic relationship, although until now nothing had been confirmed outside of fiction. For the moment, neither of them has wanted to speak publicly directly about these images, maintaining discretion about their private life. However, the actress's reaction to the news has gone very viral, responding to journalists: "What are you about? Who are you? Please. I have a performance to do", avoiding confirming or denying officially about it.
