The premiere of Bitter Christmas, the new film by Pedro Almodóvar, has transformed Madrid into the epicenter of cinema and glamour with a red carpet full of well-known faces and memorable styles.
The event, held at the Real Casino, brought together protagonists of the film such as Bárbara Lennie, Milena Smit, Patrick Criado or Vicky Luengo, along with prominent figures such as Rossy de Palma, Carmen Machi or Nieves Álvarez, who did not want to miss one of the most important events in recent Spanish cinema.
The red carpet left a clear bet on sophisticated looks and winks to the Almodóvar aesthetic, consolidating the premiere as an authentic runway where fashion and cinema went hand in hand again.
But beyond the glamour, one of the big focuses of attention has been Amaia. The artist not only is part of the cast, but also lends her voice to one of the most outstanding musical pieces of the film.
Her interpretation of “Simple things” brings a key emotional charge to the narrative, reinforcing the intimate and melancholic tone of the story and confirming her consolidation as one of the new “Almodóvar girls”.
