The wedding of Curro and Ángela arrived at La Promesa and the audience responded to the height of the event. The episode starring Xavi Lock and Marta Costa led La 1's fiction to a 16.7% screen share and 1,082,000 viewers.
More than 2,254,000 unique viewers connected at some point with the episode, which becomes the most watched episode of the series so far this year.
The data becomes even more relevant when checking that La Promesa reached its second best historical share, only behind the episode of Jana's death, which reached 17.3%.
But the wedding was not exactly a bed of roses. Curro arrived at the wedding after discovering that Leocadia was the true responsible for Jana's death, a secret that threatened to turn the awaited "I do" into one of the most tense moments of the fiction. The result confirms the enormous interest generated by one of the most important narrative events of the current stage of La Promesa.
