First images of Ester Expósito in ‘Enfrentados’ ('Prime Video'): the adaptation based on the bilogy of Mercedes Ron

Prime Video continues reinforcing its commitment to literary adaptations with the filming of Facing Off: Ivory, the new production based on the duology by Mercedes Ron, one of the most successful authors of the digital youth phenomenon that has conquered the platform in recent years.

The fiction is starred by Ester Expósito and Hugo Diego García, and narrates the story of Marfil Cortés, a young woman from New York high society whose life takes a turn after a kidnapping that leads her to depend on an enigmatic bodyguard. Between both characters an intense relationship arises, marked by tension, secrets, and attraction, in a plot that combines romance, thriller, and emotional drama. 

The production is part of Ron's literary universe, responsible for hits like the trilogy Culpables, which has turned its adaptations into true global phenomena on Prime Video. The platform seeks to repeat that impact with this new saga, of which the first official images from the filming have already been shown.
