Furia prepares its return with a second season that once again places a group of women against a system in which practically everything can become a spectacle. The original HBO series, created by Félix Sabroso and produced by Producciones Mandarina for HBO Max in Spain, now expands its universe with eight new 30-minute episodes that will be part of a second season titled Furia Parte 2.

The second installment brings together a powerful cast led by Maribel Verdú, Carmen Maura, María León, Cecilia Suárez, Ana Mena, Clara Sans, Claudia Salas, and Ana Torrent. Alongside them will be Alberto San Juan, Asier Etxeandia, Jaime Zatarain, Mariona Terés, Pepa Charro, Jorge Clemente, Alexandre Ars, Miguel Iriarte, Miguel Barraga, María Moreno, Anais Domenech, Alejandro Mesa, and Esther Rivas, among others.

In this new batch of chapters, the protagonists will have to face situations in which public exposure, the market, and the spectacle intertwine to turn their lives into a battlefield. Faced with a scenario where everything seems to have a price, fury becomes the tool they have left to confront a system that constantly pushes them to the limit.

Félix Sabroso is once again at the helm of the fiction, also signing the scripts alongside Juan Flahn and sharing the direction with Jau Fornés. The presentation of the new season at the San Sebastián Festival has served to advance some of the keys to a continuation that maintains the series' gaze on the contradictions of contemporary society, as well as the role of women within it.

The second season arrives after a first installment that made Furia one of HBO Max's standout Spanish fictions. The series, premiered in July 2025, placed Carmen Machi, Candela Peña, Cecilia Roth, Nathalie Poza, and Pilar Castro at the forefront of its cast, which also included Claudia Salas and Ana Torrent. The cast's work was recognized with a special jury prize at the European Rose d'Or and with the Ondas Award for Best Female Performance for the protagonists.

Now, Furia Parte 2 takes over with new stories and a new combination of characters willing to push to the limit that mix of humor, criticism, and drama that characterizes the fiction. The eight episodes will be available starting October 9 on HBO Max.
