Hugo Pereira settles Ayuso's narrative about the luxury penthouse controversy in 'Malas lenguas': "Enough with asking for explanations. Let her present the purchase file."

Hugo Pereira has raised the tone in Malas lenguas when addressing the controversy surrounding the purchase of the penthouse acquired by a public company of the Community of Madrid. For the collaborator, the debate is no longer about Isabel Díaz Ayuso continuing to offer public explanations, but about her disclosing the official documentation of the operation.

"Enough with the explanations. What you have to present is the purchase file, Ayuso. The purchase file," Pereira demanded during his intervention. The journalist considers that the explanations offered so far by the Madrid president are no longer sufficient and that what must now be known is the procedure followed to acquire the property.

Pereira also referred to the rumors about the preparation of the purchase file, although he wanted to distance himself from any unverified statement. "Rumors, I insist. I don't know," he clarified before recalling that an operation of these characteristics must be backed by a justification of public utility.

"Present the purchase file. Enough with the explanations," insisted the journalist, who has placed the administrative documentation at the center of the controversy. In his opinion, the publication of that file would allow knowing how the decision was made and with what arguments the acquisition was justified.

Gonzalo Miró also highlighted the change in the political scenario that has occurred in recent days, after the criticisms of Ayuso have ceased to come only from her political adversaries. "Something has changed this weekend when the explanations are no longer requested by the opposition, but by the president of your own party," he pointed out, referring to Feijóo's latest statements on the matter.

In this context, the presenter ironized about the position of the Madrid president and the growing pressure she faces regarding the operation: "No longer is only the Bolshevik and suspicious press red and communist," he concluded.
