Until not too long ago, Isabel Rábago was one of the familiar faces of Mediaset. After years linked to the sets of Fuencarral, in 2024 her sudden absence generated comments among the audience. Subsequently, the journalist even pointed directly to Ana Rosa when talking about her professional departure.

This Tuesday, on the set of Y ahora, Sonsoles, the collaborator experienced a tense moment after being reprimanded with laughter by Sonsoles Ónega live, which ended up leading to an exchange of 'subtle reproaches' in the middle of the program.

Ónega called her to order after she broke the format's rules: “Isabel Rábago, since you entered the set... Today, get ready”. The journalist replied: “But why the hell is she scolding me”, to which the presenter replied: “Because you behaved terribly”.

In the midst of the situation, Paloma García-Pelayo tried to contextualize what happened as a simple oversight related to a spectator from the audience, while the production team reminded them of the program's rules. “I stayed seated... also, you know what? this is a live program and this is what happens in good live programs”

Before continuing with the program, the presenter left a comment about how things worked in other formats: “You were going to do whatever you wanted in other programs, oh friend, I'm just too good”. Rábago took the opportunity to respond with irony and allude to her professional past on the network: “No, because they kick us out. They did kick us out, in fact,” said the collaborator with a laugh and applause from the audience.

The phrase reopens the memory of her departure from Mediaset, a topic on which the journalist had already spoken previously on different occasions, and with which the collaborator has uploaded a tweet alluding to the spontaneity of these types of moments. After the moment on set, the collaborator herself shared the fragment on X with which she alluded to the spontaneity of these types of live situations.
