The debate in Malas Lenguas started with Jesús Cintora's surprise at the latest explanations from the Popular Party's circle regarding the Iraq war and the management of José María Aznar's Government. The presenter focused on the language used to justify that period and opened the conversation by asking if this type of message represents a deliberate distortion of the political narrative.

Javier Aroca responded ironically to the presenter's analysis and criticized the use of certain PP figures as spokespersons for that discourse. In a sarcastic tone, he stated that the party had found "a leap in quality" in its communication strategy, presenting the former mayor of Madrid as a kind of "secret weapon" to defend its version of events.
The analyst took advantage of his intervention to recall his experience in Iraq and describe the context in which the Spanish military deployment took place. With that argument, he questioned the preparation and rigor of some political explanations about the presence of troops abroad, alluding to historical errors and confusions in the management of that conflict.
Aroca maintained that this type of discourse evidences, in his opinion, a lack of solvency on the part of the PP to address complex international debates. In that sense, he ironized that certain recent explanations only reinforce the position of the current Government, considering that delegating such messages to figures like Ana Botella weakens the party's narrative.
The collaborator also alluded to the former mayor's recent interventions, who has publicly supported political messages linked to mobilization and the call for elections, thus closing a new episode of debate marked by irony and political confrontation in the RTVE program.
