The story of Kylie Minogue comes to Netflix with Kylie, a new docuseries that delves into the trajectory of one of the most enduring figures of international pop. From her beginnings as Charlene in the mythical Neighbours until her consolidation as a global star, the production analyzes how she has managed to reinvent herself for more than five decades.
With more than 80 million records sold, the artist opens her personal archive in this project divided into three parts, where she shares unreleased images, home videos, and first-person reflections. The documentary shows not only the star, but also the woman behind the successes, addressing key moments marked by public exposure, personal losses, and health problems.
Directed by the awarded Michael Harte, responsible for titles such as Three Identical Strangers or the documentary about David Beckham, the series also features the production of John Battsek. The project gathers testimonies from people close to the singer, such as her sister Dannii Minogue, Jason Donovan, Nick Cave or Pete Waterman.
Kylie is thus presented as an intimate and complete portrait of an artist who has known how to remain relevant generation after generation, celebrating the connection, the emotion and the energy that have defined her career.
