Cara al Show concluded its first season on laSexta this Tuesday. The program, hosted by Marc Giró, bid farewell to the audience with interviews with Roberto Leal, Quim Gutiérrez, and Joan Pradells, in addition to a monologue in which the communicator once again mixed humor and current politics before reflecting on his future in the format.

During his initial intervention, Giró ironized about Pedro Sánchez's intention to exhaust the legislature and run again in the elections, joked about the right's reaction, and addressed an "open letter" to Alberto Núñez Feijóo with supposed advice to reach Moncloa. Among them, he suggested "learning to speak Catalan," lowering taxes for the working class, raising them for "the lazy," and, in a satirical tone, "depriving everyone but Feijóo himself of the vote."

After the interviews, the host changed his tone and shared a reflection looking directly at the camera. He explained that, according to some television experts, the program is criticized for repeating "a lot that I am left-wing, gay, and that it's obvious I'm Catalan," in addition to recommending that he hide these facets to reach a wider audience. "Who do they think I am to offer escapism, equidistance, and fantasy? A dealer or Paz Padilla?" he responded ironically, before asking why these same demands are not made of presenters with conservative positions.

Finally, Giró left his continuity at the helm of the show up in the air. "Is all this worth it? Honestly, I don't know. I need to stop and reflect on whether I should continue leading this program or renounce such a high honor. I must consider whether I become more generalist and moderate; I will think about it," he stated before wishing the audience a happy summer. The moment concluded with a humorous twist when, after saying goodbye, the program's mascot punched him, causing him to fall down some stairs, putting a comedic end to the season.
