Netflix has officially announced that the second season of Clanes, the successful Spanish thriller also known internationally as Gangs of Galicia, will premiere on April 3, 2026, in its global catalog. This continuation once again features Clara Lago and Tamar Novas as protagonists, accompanied by a cast reinforced with figures such as Luis Zahera or Nuno Gallego, among others.
The plot resumes the story of Ana and Daniel after a temporal leap of three years, in which the couple finds themselves once again involved in the dangerous world of drug trafficking, this time on opposite sides, bringing the action and personal conflicts to new levels. The season is written by Jorge Guerricaechevarría and directed by Marc Vigil and Javier Rodríguez, maintaining the dark tone and crime elements that made the first season one of the most watched non-English language series on Netflix.
Clans premiered in June 2024 and established itself as an international phenomenon thanks to its mix of drama, organized crime, and personal relationships, managing to rank in the Top 10 in many countries. This new season promises to intensify the story with new challenges for its characters and an expanded cast, marking one of the most anticipated returns of Spanish series on the platform this year.
