La Séptima continues to unveil the pillars of its television project a few months before its premiere, scheduled for next November 5. While it still has not announced the names that will make up its team of presenters and executives, the network has shared on its official X profile a list of 7 lines of action in which it explains what its proposal will be like... through everything that will not have a place in its programming.

With the message of "how La Séptima will not be" as a starting point, the channel takes a stand on different aspects of its future editorial and entertainment line. In terms of information, it assures that it will not turn "hoaxes into debates" and refuses to give space to conspiracy theories or anti-scientific discourses. It also makes it clear that it will not feature communicators who, as it ironically points out, have been "thirty years predicting the end of Spain".

In the entertainment section, the network confirms that it will not broadcast fiction formats, so neither series nor films will be part of its offer. Similarly, it rules out competing with big millionaire prize contests or popular cooking shows that dominate Spanish television's prime time.

La Séptima also refers to gender representation on screen and promises that its debate panels will not be exclusively made up of men, advocating for greater diversity among its collaborators.

Following questions from users on social media, the network has also clarified that its programming will not revolve solely around politics. As it explains, current affairs will cover a wide variety of topics, with the aim of offering a more transversal informative proposal.

Another aspect that continues to generate anticipation is that of the faces that will lead the new television. Given the speculations published in recent weeks, La Séptima assures that the pools disseminated so far have barely been accurate and refers to upcoming announcements to reveal the team that will head the channel when it begins its broadcasts next November 5.
