La Séptima continues to unveil the faces that will be part of its new programming and has confirmed one of its most unexpected signings: Luján Argüelles. The presenter joins the project promoted by José Miguel Contreras, whose broadcasts will start next November 5.
The communicator herself was in charge of announcing her incorporation through a video published on the network's social media. In it, Argüelles leaves a clue about the space she will host by stating: "They need me on the weekend". Everything thus points to her having a presence on both Saturdays and Sundays, although the name and details of the format have not yet been revealed.
Argüelles will share a slot with Alba Carrillo, another of the faces that have recently joined La Séptima. The TV personality will be in charge of another weekend program alongside Marta Márquez, known for her time as a reporter for Aquí la Tierra. In this way, the new channel is shaping a program that seeks to combine current affairs, entertainment, and new formats.
Luján's signing joins a list of additions that also includes Héctor de Miguel 'Quequé', who will host a political satire show, and Rocío Delgado, from Galician television. However, one of the main names of the network will be Javier Ruiz, who after leaving RTVE joins the project not only as a presenter but also as editorial director.
With these additions, La Séptima continues to shape its schedule before its launch, betting on recognizable television faces and profiles linked to journalism and entertainment. The channel is scheduled to begin its broadcasts on November 5
