The president of the United States, Donald Trump, referred this Tuesday to the alleged negotiations with Iran and assured that the Iranian regime “wants a deal”. According to the president, Tehran would have even offered “a gift” related to oil and gas. Amid the uncertainty over the conflict, Trump also congratulated himself on what he called a “tremendous success” of the American military offensive and stated: “We had one in Venezuela, now I have one in Iran”.

However, the Iranian Army denied the statements of the US president. In a statement released by the ‘Tasnim’ agency -linked to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard-, the spokesperson for the Unified Operations Command Khatam al-Anbiya rejected the idea that an agreement exists between both countries. “Do not call your defeat an agreement. The era of your promises has ended”, affirmed the spokesperson, insisting that the White House's claims about negotiations are false.

In the same statement, the Iranian army added that the global energy situation will not return to normal until its armed forces guarantee stability in the region. “Neither will their investments in the region materialize, nor will they see the energy and oil prices of before, until they understand that stability in the region is guaranteed by the powerful hand of our armed forces”, states the text disseminated by ‘Tasnim’.

More lies from the American tycoon

Iran already denied having held talks with the president of the United States, Donald Trump, as he assured through a message on his social network. The American magnate published on Truth Social that Iran and his country have had "during the last two days, very good conversations" for this reason, he had "instructed the war department to postpone any military attack against power plants" of the ayatollah regime, "during the five-day period"

However, the Iranian news agency ‘Fars’,  reported that two of Iran's energy infrastructures, located in Isfahan, had been attacked with damage to an administrative building and a gas station, as well as the Jorramshar power plant pipeline. Likewise, Iran also did not stop its attacks and launched a wave of missiles against Tel Aviv and other cities in Israel.
