The National Court has once again provisionally shelved the case regarding alleged espionage with Pegasus software, opened due to the alleged spying on the mobile phones of various ministers and even the Prime Minister himself, Pedro Sánchez. The lack of response and cooperation from Israeli authorities has blocked any progress in the case.

In the judicial resolution communicated this Thursday, Judge José Luis Calama has stated that the lack of cooperation from Israel blocks any attempt to identify those responsible for the espionage, as it does not allow progress in identifying the authorship of the alleged espionage. Faced with this refusal, the magistrate has decided to order the provisional dismissal of this case.

According to the ruling, the multiple **requests for international legal cooperation sent to Israel have not received any response, not even an acknowledgment of receipt**, which prevents the judge from advancing the investigation

Israel's complete refusal to cooperate judicially already led to the first dismissal of the investigation after the Government reported up to five intrusions into Pedro Sánchez's mobile phone, as well as those of several ministers: Margarita Robles (Defense), Fernando Grande-Marlaska (Interior), and Luis Planas (Agriculture). All of this amid strong diplomatic tension between Spain and Morocco.
